The graph shows that at the end of the third year your cash position approximates breakeven. The initial rapid recovery of cash is due to the accelerated depreciation. The slower rise over years 5 - 15 is limited due to the end of depreciation benefits and continuation of loan repayment . After 15 years the loan has been repaid and the graph continues upward due to the cash saved from the Utility bill savings. |
